This Gasket / Rubber-Ring is used for the Pressure Cooker’s pressure sealing. The sealing ring fits around the inside rim of the lid and forms a pressure-tight sealing between the lid and the body of the pressure cooker during cooking. This sealing ring will directly replace your existing ring.
